Says Us: Speed Cream is a great tool to have when you perform bearing maintenance. Every few weeks bearings should be wiped and cleared of dirt and grime that interfere with proper performance. But, bearings need lubrication, and wiping away the dirt also removes that lubrication. Adding a small dab to your bearings will bring them back into like new condition.

They're also good for squeaky pivot cups.
