Refund Policy
Aegir has a 30-day return policy. This means you must return the item(s) to the shop within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit. Unless there is a clear manufacturer defect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to first contact us at info@aegirboardworks.com or swing by the shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours to report any damaged items or issues with your purchase so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Sale Items; Gift Cards; Swimwear; Skateboard Hard Goods; New and Used Surfboards (check your board before leaving the shop. If you are purchasing a surfboard online, please make sure you select the right size before ordering.)
Skate Lessons
In the event of inclement weather, we will offer a rain credit to be rescheduled for another date. Credits must be used within 6 months or they are void.
